I've tried telling them to get a phone for god knows how long already and yet they have not gotten it. Perhaps it's either not feasable or just takes up too much of their manpower. I'm not entirely sure about it.

Anyway, I really hope that you're already paid whatever it is due to you. If not, please do tell me and I'll try my best to help.

I'm not trying to ask you to get out of LondonsCasino or something but another place you should try playing at is Ladbrokes. They have 1 of the BEST customer service that I've ever known apart from 32Red. (That's exactly where Ed and a whole bunch of ppl from 32Red came from actually)

They have now done the incorporation and etc and their live casino is up and ready to go.

I've not known LondonsCasino to have such problems before but if you don't feel secure with them, my next suggestion is Ladbrokes. If you ask me, LondonsCasino is a ery good place to be at as they will pay you what's yours. They have no point to cheat and lie.
