Because we considered selling our business, it does not mean that we are not
going to pay you, at the time we were taking into consideration each option
and at that time it seemed that selling altogether would have been the
quickest option to raise the cash required to pay out all pending
withdrawals, then to transfer the business to another pre qualified company
who can continue to drive the business forward. The sale of Londonscasino
has been withdrawn as we plan to try to make a success of the business by
marketing in Europe. We have now secured the investment required to clear
all pending US withdrawals and push the business towards Europe.

$5,500 will be made ia wire transfer to your bank in full and final
settlement by this coming Friday as long as you can show us that you have
either removed or counteracted your negative posts in forums.

If you cannot delete posts, state that the issue was down to Londonscasino
no longer accepting US buisness and that it is being resolved by their
management team. I have been told to expect my pending withdrawal to be
cleared within 5 working days, however Londonscasino is no longer accepting
any deposits from the USA.

All of Londonscasino US credit card processing has been disabled since
November 06 as a result of the US legislation.

You have not been lied to, however I can understand your concerns as you
have been waiting a long time, several other players are in the same
position and they too are getting paid out. The statement we have promised
to release is being finalised and will be released on Tuesday.
