It's worth noting that the terms do not say anything about charging back - I screenshot the lot yesterday FWIW.
I'm also a bit curious about this "investigation" from Kahnawake: it amounts to the casino telling them what we already knew already, and Kahnawake leaving it at that. What kind of a flaming "investigation" is that?
