Hi dc9999: At this point it doesn't mean anything to you or to Kakata if Warren Cloud was found to be floating face down in the water somewhere. Your funds and Kakata's funds were placed on account at Crystal Palace and Crystal Palace is a Licensee of Realtime Gaming.
Stay on point and don't concern yourself with all the minutia as you'll generally find that most of the time it's (at best) half true and totally irrelevant to your cause, which is for you to collect your money.
