You're saying that online gambling sucks because of the US legislation. Well, you're partially right. Online gambling by and large sucks. Online gambling has always by and large sucked. But that is nothing to do with the gambling act.

You cannot conveniently blame online gambling's ills on legislation you do not like. It is largely irrelevant. Cloud is doing nothing now that he wasn't doing before. His spam to my inbox has not increased (or decreased). Complaints are no more or less frequent as far as I can see - and FWIW DC's case started well BEFORE this.

Online gambling sucks because it's populated by scum operators of which Cloud is just one example, if an extreme one. This fact was already ten years old before the recent US move. The legislation is irrelevant.
