I'm so glad that you are going toe-to-toe with Crystal Palace - and standing up big time to their bullying tactics and making a statement.

Incidentally, as Mr.Caruso pointed out previously, the customer "service" folks keep changing their stories as to why my funds are being withheld.

For those of you keeping track..

First, it was my wife's threatening emails.
Next, it was my request to close the account.
Now the latest, is that I had multiple accounts!

This one may be the best, as I have email acknowledgements from them, that my previous accounts at Crystal Palace were all CLOSED (at my request...) and at the time of my big wins...ONLY THE NEW ACCOUNT was open!!

Of course, they had no problem keeping the thousands of dollars I made in deposits with them....

I'm fairly certain the next reason will be that I hurt Mr. Cloud's feelings, or that they did try to phone me, and it was off the hook....WHAT A BIG FARCE!!!!!!
