Regarding the Montana Disputes process, does anyone know or have experience on what happens after the final findings are released to the casino?
For starters, IF Montana rules against them, are they obligated to pay up - or can they ignore the edict? Secondly, how long after they receive the Montana ruling, do they typically arrange for payment (if in fact they do at all...)?
Also, does RTG exert any pressure on the operator to abide by the ruling?
