I received an email today - October 16 - from Montana Disputes which reads as follows:
An update has been made to dispute # 3670
Comment: Dear David, We apologize for the delay in resolving this claim, as we are still trying to gather more conclusive information. Please submit copies of emails that you or your wife sent to the Crystal Palace casino requesting for this account to be closed. Thank you, The Player Dispute Team
Which begs the question: How do those emails help me get my winnings? As caruso and others have so accurately pointed out, I don't see the relevance on my requesting account closure,,,,the winnings were accrued when the account was obviously opened...so what's the Montana "angle" here?
