Haven't heard back from Bryan in a few weeks, nor Dave from Online Casino Review (who had a contact - Remy - at RTG corporate, who informed Dave he would "accelerate things with Montana" - which of course to date, has not happened.)

I know both of those gentlemen are ery busy and in Bryan's case, catching up with other complaints while he was away.

You are right about Montana: I also read in some other threads that they are notoriously slow, and it's probably compounded because they're dealing with the infamous Warren Cloud (who has a history of dragging his feet...)

I guess my problem is, that I'm basing a "reasonable response time" on real world standards - not the largely lawless online gambling world approach to resolving issues!

Thanks again though, for the encouragement, and hopefully either Montana, the Meister, or RTG will come through soon!
