I cashed out with Crystal Palace under an old account (since closed - oluntarily I may add) as well as a cash out with an account I had with their sister site American Grand. The $22,000 + winnings I recently accrued, was with a new Crystal Palace account that had been opened for just a few days...
My wife encouraged me over the years to close a number of my many online accounts (when I began to spend too much time with this "hobby"!) The reason I reopened a new Crystal Palace account just last week, was because I had good luck there, as mentioned above, previously. And, outside of the annoying 5-7 day "approval" period for withdrawals, I received my money as stipulated.
That stated, I was aware of the problems other gamblers had with Crystal Palace's operator - and many other RTG sites in general. I previously preferred Playtech sites to be truthful......But when you have a good run at a particular casino, you tend to go back. So I went back to Crystal Palace.
As for an update,,,Montana Disputes tells me they have sent their initial findings to the operator, who has the opportunity to respond before a "final" decision is rendered (whatever that means..) Crystal Palace customer serivce keeps sending me the standard "we are looking into the matter" when I send them emails, however when I phone them, they are downright nasty stating "your account has been disabled by management - end of story."
I do appreciate all of the positive comments I've received from this site as I will continue to fight this thing as best I can...
