Unfortunately its creator -Caruso- is not allowed to update it there.
After some time, no one else appeared who could possibly update the thread by evaluating the arious situations, like Caruso did.
As a 'victim' myself of some playtech casinos in my early days of online gambling, I believe this thread may help especially the newcomers.
So I thought to publish it here and invite Caruso to this thread's natural continuation.
