Hi all,
Good advice especially from Grumbledook, in Limit games you have to hit something good on the flop to keep going, no sense in bluffing as most will chase as it doesn't cost a lot. I always presumed that limit games were really for beginners, saved you losing all your chips in one go, a good place to learn.
Plus side is that if you got a good hand which is beatable it won't cost you dearly to find out, down side is if you flop the nuts ( best hand ) you then wish you was at no limit, lol.
For me personally Limit games are too long, I prefer no limit tourneys with as little people as i can find, preferably 5 or 6, occasionally 10, most of these are over with in less than an hour so I can play around 6 to 8 tourneys a day.
If you don't win too many sit-n-go's then limit games are probably your best bet, you get a better run for your money I suppose.
Whichever you decide, good luck at the tables
