It's also just going to take a lot of practice. For a long time I was in the same position with my bluffing never working out for me. I've still been playing for only about 7-8 months online seriously (everyday) but I've gained ALOT of knowledge and my bluffing is usually ery solid. I don't know what I did to make it better, and I don't know when it got better, it's just a natural progression you're going to have to make your way through. Patience is the key in poker!

Also, tighten up your starting hands for NL if youre not quite good at bluffing yet, that way you can atleast make hands more often.
