While the ery best in the world will always use every tool available to them in pursuit of perfection, I think its safe to say that it is highly unlikely that such a phenomenon would occur with the luck factor involved.

Phil Helmuth would disagree. He plays perfect poker and everyone knows it. At least thats what he screams everytime he gets knocked out by "lucky players"
