I play 90% cash games and probably prefer them as there is an ebb & flow and without the constant pressure of blinds going up every few minutes - but a lot more fish chasing down to the river with their eyes shut lol

So you really should be above going badly on tilt if you are to play cash.

MTTs are different as it is a race often with people jockeying for position trying to steal blinds and bully etc.
Its in the tourneys you have to find if you can steal with nothing and learn to bully the shortstacks.

There are of course similarities - play sensible hands, be patient.

I find drift back to cash as i can make some money quicker there

Whilst i still get good results in tourneys i often think of how long it took, lol
