Are you tight? aggressive?

I'm ery tight, I notice I last longer in tournaments if I play tight but sometimes that messes me up because I end up being the short stack towards the end.

My problem is I never bluff, I notice if I even try someone always comes over the top forcing me to fold.

Any tips on how to play tight but still stay in the game?
