Does anyone at BW have a decent contact at Eurolinx they can speak to about this? I have $200 bonus that expires in 4 days & I was depending on this weekend to clear the last 200-odd points. I imagine others are in the same situation.

if indeed there is a tecnical flaw we will of course adjust the balance. And of course we will extend clearing time. Please email me with your screenname and we will look at it.

Further, there is a flaw that we are aware of.
If you have stacked bonuses, the new one does not start running until the old one has been paid(daily batch). This means that the points earned after one is cleared, before it is paid, does not get credited to the new bonuse. The only way to solve this is to email support or come in on chat and we can sort it out.

Hi Jo. I sent you an email re: a problem i was having on Eurolinx. I'm not able to see my bonus page for quite awhile, and have no clue where i stand on multiple bonuses.
