I've often seen S&G's stated as being good FT practice but I find this to be a nonsense. The only similarity in truth is that there are the same number of players. Unless you are starting with blinds worth a third of your stack with mega-antes then they will never be the same. a Extreme-super-mega turbo s&g is probably as close as you can get. The rest of the article is pretty spot on strategy wise though.
