I agree with Ivey here and its a great tip. I noticed, after reading tons of poker books, learning all the odds and math, my results really don't improve drastically. However, I ALWAYS find that if I take a few days off of poker and just do something else that I enjoy, and don't think about poker at all, when I come back to the tables after my break, I ALWAYS play ery ery well and make a lot of money in the first few hours.
