I had a disconnect in a 30.00+1.50 heads up with 350 chips (yes I was down) and they told me that they see I got disconnected, but that with my opponent being as far ahead as he was, it wouldnt have mattered. One of the major downfalls of Pacific is their support. They seem to know nothing specific to poker and have strict policies that they never deviate from. In short it takes forever to get nothing accomplished with their support. If you are going to play there don't expect to ever get a game issue resolved to your satisfaction. Their support really is bad.
