I know that at PokerStars, if you want a picture up, you need to submit it to them ia their software and it takes 1 to 3 days to get approved and have your picture show up. I have seen many strange and stupid things get put up by people, but the folks at PokerStars seem to do a good job of keeping the really offense pictures, as well as nudity, off of the site. I have yet to see anything there that meets the descriptions of some of the posts above.
