How are you spending your winnings? Let's say you won $50 in a freeroll, if you are going to the $1/$2 limit tables or the $.50 BB NLHE tables, you a making a big mistake.
You need to budget your money so you can take hits from "bad beats".
Also, I'm not trying to insult you, but maybe you aren't as good of a player as you think you are.
I think of myself as a fairly decent player who is still learning, and while I do take bad beats, I also occasionally find myself playing too many hands or making incorrect calls, or raising when i should be folding/calling, etc.
If you take "bad beats" take a break from playing. If you are in a tournament, fold the next couple of hands automatically unless you have a monster. Go get a glass of water and just walk around and forget about the beats, it makes u feel a lot better.
