Well define bad beat.... Only thing to remember is a good tight aggressive player will loose some big hands to inferior players because your opponent will be drawing when the odds say he should be folding. The trick is not have to change your underwear when you lose those big pots. If after the hand you feel you did nothing wrong them simply move on it is part of the game. Most likely though unless you are GRUM you could have played the hand better and had a better result. I usually take a break, watch a porno, or take a dump on the neighbor's porch if it is really bad, like there only being 1 possible hand that could beat you and motherless freak who is into beastyality has it! Anyways don't get too discouraged live and learn bro.
