Once eBay purchased PayPal, they cut out all online gambling revenue, which was something like 20% of their total revenue. A tough hit, but eBay didn't want to deal with any letters from the government showing up. While players would certainly trust PayPal or Visa or Mastercard more than Neteller, the fact is the U.S. goverment is putting pressure on those companies to not accept online gambling revenue in an attempt to curb online gambling from U.S. citizens.

So, to answer the original question, there are no sites that accept PayPal as a payment source because PayPal won't deal with online gambling.
