Yes but Paypal is the Global Leader in Online Payments. Also Owned by the #1 Auction Internet Site, Ebay. I would personally go with the site that is much more trusted and #1 then netteller. Paypal processes within 2-3 days compared to a week as well. Even charges less per transaction then Netteller. Paypal also lets them recieve payments in 6 currencies.

What I am going to guess is that the poker sites don't like getting the transaction fees cause Paypal doesn't fee the buyer, they fee the merchant. Which is actually cheaper anyway.
There is the diffrence..Netteller has this, Guaranteed funds from all NETELLER deposits - you will never recieve a chargeback from NETELLER!
Hate to prove them wrong but a chargeback can be done and completed but that is a diffrent story all in itself.
