Does anyone have any suggestions on how long should I take off or does anyone have a remedy for trying to get out of bad beats...I usually play $10-$20 live. Please help me.

Just to add on to my bad beats are "slumps". Everybody knows what it is. I consider myself as a tight player, for the most part. I;ve sat down on a table and played 2 hands in 2 and a half hours. That;s including my blinds. Sometimes it seems like my 15 outer looks so far especially when someone hit there gut shot. That's when I usually take time off. The question is how long?
