Topic: New Poker Table builder - feedback please Forum: Card Chat

The tables look really nice.

I have to agree with the idea of improving the website design. I'm all for a simple, effective site, but your tables seem top quality, and the website would hold me back from buying.

At the ery minimum, you should "optimize" the file size on the images you have posted on the site. I noticed one photo (on the feedback page) that was 1947.34 KB (1994073 bytes)! That's huge for a image posted to a website.

It would be cool if the tables had chipholders off to the side, or had that as an option.

One thing I thought was cool was the printed felt on the "Features" page. If you guys can do that, you should put some information on that (pricing, requirements, etc) on your site.

I love the fact that the tables are foldup. I would have liked to see a picture of one of the tables folded up, so I could compare the amount of space it took with the amount of space I have in my gameroom.

I'm really considering one of your tables for our gameroom. We are going back and forth between a poker table and a pool table, with your cool fold-away design, it looks like we could have both

To build customer confidence (for such a high ticket item), you should post your phone number and physical address on the site. You probably won't get many calls, but the idea that a customer *could* call you if there was a problem is enough to sway their buying decision.

Even if you're a one man (or a few men) shop, it's worth it to get a oicemail line and/or PO BOX, so customers can feel like you mean business.

Anyway, just some tips from one businessguy to another Hope it helps some.

I've got your site bookmarked. Now on to the slow sales pitch to the wife
