Too many hands are played online to practically write down what you played and how it went. You need to get a database type program or website. I use poker tracker and once you understand how to interpret the statistics it is VERY helpful in assessing your strengths and weaknesses. Plus it allows you to playback a hand from Party Poker, useful cause Party doesn't have that feature built into the site! In short get Poker Tracker it is worth it!
