Topic: WSOP Day 4 Updates Forum: Card Chat

Sorry, I didn't copy the most recent chip count, but it just changed big time anyway. Raymer is down to about 700K, but Ivey just aulted to either the chip lead or ery close to it. Here's the most recent update at cardplayer.com:

With the flop showing K-K-5, Phil Ivey bets $50,000. Brian Stelwagen makes it $250,000 to go. Ivey makes it another $350,000 more to go. Stelwagen raises all-in, and Ivey instantaneously calls, and shows A-K. Stelwagen shows 8-8. Ivey has him covered and nearly doubles up to almost $2,000,000.

The chips are flying. Raymer just got another big pot to push his stack up again.

After a flop of Q-J-6, Raymer checks. Bonyadi bets $30,000. Raymer calls. The turn is a 4. Raymer bets out $100,000. Bonyadi calls. The river is a Jack. Raymer bets $300,000. Boyadi calls again. Raymer shows 6-6 for a full house, and Bonyadi mucks. Raymer is back up to $1,300,000.
