To answer your question about Sun Poker bonuses are not deducted so rakeback is like a second bonus. There are many rooms that do not deduct bonuses. Even when a bonus is deducted all rakeback can do is add to the amount you are getting. There is an exception.

Affiliate A offers x% rakeback while giving little or no bonus. Affiliate B has a big bonus but does not do rakeback. Then you need to decide whether you will be playing more on that network once you clear the bonus and your options for getting rakeback on the network on another skin.
