PREFLOP:
What you say: "I've got a monster"
What you mean: "I got garbage"
What you say: "What the hell? Let's see the flop"
What you mean: "I had garbage but hopefully the flop will be in my favor"
What you say: "Reraise $10 more"
What you mean: "I had a mediocre hand but they don't have to know"
What you say: "My favorite starting hand"
What you mean: "This hand again!"
What you say: "All In"
What you mean: "Please fold so I can steal the blinds" or "This might be it for me"
THE FLOP:
What you say: "Raise $100"
What you mean: "I got to get some players to fold"
What you say: "Check"
What you mean: "I got the nuts. I'm slowplaying it to get as much money as possible" or "I have nothing but hopefully I get a free turn card."
THE TURN:
What you say: "Fold"
What you mean: "So much for the flush"
What you say: "Call"
What you mean: "That didn't help me but I still have outs."
What you say: "Raise"
What you mean: "I got something but is it good enough? Let's try to get more players out."
THE RIVER:
What you say: "Fold"
What you mean: "Damn it"
What you say: "All In"
What you mean: "I got them by the balls!" or "Please fold! For the love of god, fold!"
THE SHOWING OF THE HANDS:
What you say: "Nice Hand"
What you mean: "You Bastard"
What you say: "I knew you had trips"
What you mean: "How in the hell did he get the hand?!"
What you say: "I should have called!"
