Actually it was 63-37 after the flop.

I see two things here. First, I would have raised more than 2 times the BB preflop with AKo heads up. Especially, since you were slightly behind. Try and take the blinds and antes and if he calls or reraises, you are still in decent shape to call.

After the flop, I would have layed it down. You only had the Kc. So if he had the Ac you were toast. He could have flopped a flush, leaving you with only 7 outs. He could have flopped a straight or even a straight flush draw. If you fold, you still have 670452 left, and he has over a Million, but you continue to battle on. A 400,000 chip difference with blinds of 20K-40K, 2000 ante does not mean you need to panic.
