Hi all,
Ok first question has to be is titan and noble part of the same network? I've been playing at noble for about 2yrs or there abouts, no problem, deposited several hundred dollars over time too. Today I download titan which happens to be the same software and I can't remember my login details so I email them and ask giving my full name date of birth etc...
While i'm waiting to hear from titan I go to noble and can't login, check my email and they've sent me a new password, I didn' request one and wondered why they sent a new one, ok so I go back to noble and try to login with this new password and they've locked my account??????
Meanwhile titan responds telling me my details were sent to the email address I signed up with which was one i've never heard of before, it was an aol email address but not even close to the one I use and i've only ever had the one.
Do these two poker rooms corrupt each other in any way or something??
Anyone know or had this problem before? I'm still waiting on replies from both poker rooms now but it's kind of worrying that they can just lock your account for no reason.
