I think that this could be just a little bit of a massive generalization. I play on large and small sites and haven't experience any problems with withdrawls on either type. That's not to say that there aren't problematic sites out there, there are. And there is crappy support and at some small sites AND at some large sites. But it isn't at all fair to lump all sites together simply because it is small. I don't have the statistics, but I'd be willing to bet that there are plenty of people out there in the world that have issues with larger sites too. At the end of the day, the reputation of the site, the quality/availability of its support, and the sites longevity are better indicators of what to expect than mere size.
