Maybe I missed it, this being such a long thread, but there seems to be a new one, Stanley VIP poker. There is another one that has the same exact bonus, but is called VIP.com.
Stanley does'nt take U.S though and I'm not sure about the other one. The bonus is $101 paid in increments of $33, $33, $35. Total of 1500 raked hands played on 1/2 or higher. Not that great for a prima but maybe good for a rainy day.

edit. I scrolled back through and saw that someone did mention VIP poker. Both VIP poker and Stanley VIP poker are owned by Leisure & Gaming Plc. I still can't find anything on VIP poker excluding U.S. players but since Stanley vip does, they probably do as well.
