HUGE difference. Too many to name but the main 2 are the fact that PAHUD works in all compatible games and GT+ only works in ring games (unless they've improved that recently) and PAHUD is much more customizable in the numerous stats available and the screen layout.

I used GT+ for a year and it was fine for free. In tourneys, I just used the GameTime tab in PokerTracker. But you get what you pay for and I found that out when I decided to step up and buy PAHUD.
