wouldnt this still fall under the gambling luxury taxes or something? (im not sure how much that tax is compared to the new law one) i know that there is a gambling tax on big wins (lottery etc), so why would a poker tournament be anything different? the government considers poker gambling, so why should their laws show otherwise?
