Once you've seen a flop and determined the iability of your own hand in terms of ways out, pot odds, etc., don't forget to determine the likelihood of what your opponent(s) have (or don't have). Gaining the ability to reasonably predict an opponents' hand takes experience, but it will pay off in the long run!
