Users who have recently purchased PokerTracker will receive a greater discount than those users who purchased PokerTracker awhile ago, since recent purchases will have received less alue out of their original PokerTracker purchase.

Yes, current PokerAce Hud users will receive an upgrade price which is dependent on the length of time you have owned PokerAce Hud.
Am I required to purchase both PokerTracker 3 and the HUD?
While PokerAce Hud will be built into PokerTracker 3 you are not required to purchase the HUD. The HUD will be purchased separately. This is to lower costs for users who do not want to use the HUD.
