Topic: Beware of Malicious Activity in online gambling Forum: Card Chat

This UK based site seems pretty good for keeping an eye on rogue operators and has a lot of good info to avoid getting burnt.

Online Casino Information and Watchdog - Casinomeister

It's pretty limited in use for poker players though as none of the major sites are covered (apart from Absolute for obvious reasons). There is a surprisingly long list of small rogue poker sites though that probably you should all check. I've seen Futurebet sites complained about a lot on this site and, according to them, they are a definite no-no.
