Last time I played there, it was automatic. However, they have been having some major problems with their site lately (incorrect bonus terms mysteriously appearing on the website, etc...) so you may want to email support and ask what the problem is. Usually the points are updated pretty quickly, so if you are waiting 3-days there is def. a problem.
