CongoMike: Hello. I was wondering, have the bonus clearing requirements been changed?
Gus: Not really why?
CongoMike: I clicked on Pendin Bonus in the cashier. The Pending Bonus List webpage came up. It says "Require 100 Points to release $5.00" Before, it used to say "Require 40 points to release $5"
Gus: Please allow me one moment.
CongoMike: ok
Gus: Well it seems yes those were all changed...
CongoMike: Why?
Gus: iI will inquiry about it... but I am seeing the same you are.
CongoMike: Have other players been similarly affected?
Gus: Yes, all players...
CongoMike: hello?
CongoMike: oh, this is bad news indeed, if the bonus has become 2.5 times worse than before, without Jungle Poker giving any notice to anybody, and retroactively changing bonus terms.
Gus: I am very sorry, that is the way management wanted to change it.
CongoMike: Is there an email address that I can write to to complain?
Gus: Sure, you can go ahead support@junglepoker.com
