The currency conversion at the Cryptos works as follows:

For deposits and withdrawals the currency conversion is done by Neteller, Visa, your bank etc. You lose on these conversions as the rates are not the same in both directions (e.g. on Neteller transactions you lose about 1.9%).

When you take your money to a table, it is automatically converted to the table's currency and converted back when you leave. Here the rate is the same in both directions. So if you take 100 USD to a table from your GBP account, and later leave the table with the same 100 USD, the GBP balance in your account will be exactly the same.
