Topic: A pokerplex ? from the FAQ Forum: Bonus Whores

I read the FAQ and copied in the pertinent info. My question is, do they still send you an email when you clear the bonus? Have any of you gotten an email this month or last? I played 305 hands at pokerplex and received no email. And I can't look at my statement to see if I got the bonus. It been 60+ hours since I cleared it. I am playing a few more hands while writing this just to be sure.

Its been 30+ hours since I cleared the first hour of the William Hill bonus and I haven't gotten an email for that one either, but I can check that one on my account statement.

Q: How do I know if PokerPlex or Caribbean Sun have credited my bonus?
A: You will not see this tracked anywhere on your statement. Make a note of how much money you started with, how much you've won/lost, and how many hands you've played and figure it out. They will send you an email after you've cleared the bonus but the delay can be anywhere from 2-10+ hours for the email.
