I just can't get my head around the casino bonus at UKBetting - probably because I'm really dense.

In my poker balance, my balance is £50 more than my withdrawal limit. I assume that the difference is the casino bonus. So I go to the casino and deposit £50, but my casino balance remains at £50, i.e. the casino bonus isn't added.

I called UKBetting to get clarification on how the casino bonus works, but I gave up after I still didn't understand what the representative was going on about, despite repeating herself 3 or 4 times.

Can anyone please explain how it works, and what I should be doing? Thanks.
