Bodog accepts gift cards (www.gift2go.com, no sure about others), so I'm assuming there's some debit cards that work there as well. They're also getting better about paying USA players in a more timely fashion. My last WD only took a week from request until the check was at my door ia FedEX. If it's under $1500, you can take it to any wal-mart and cash it without incident.

For some reason, poker stars seems to be the hardest to deposit at, unless you plan on using WU. None of the gift cards and debit cards I've tried have ever went through.

I can't comment on FTP, as I haven't played there since before the UIGEA...
