Actually, that was me too. I talked to the senior manager at that time, and told him basically the same thing - that one could not tamper with the software client to gain an advantage. That manager agreed and released the funds - it's too bad he's not involved anymore because I had met him on a number of occasions and genuinely liked him, and he realizes that it was a mistake, but his decision was based on the report from his staff.

Strangely enough, those were the only two issues that I can recall that ever occurred with Acropolis/Crockfords Casino, both involving Japanese players. So strange, because Acropolis and Crockfords otherwise had ery good names and Stanley Leisure, when they owned them, would go out of their way to make sure that their players were happy.

But they were not well-marketed, and internally quite naive, so unfortunately a few mistakes were made which I am sure they regret.

Anyhow, many of us were wondering how you did so well - so thank you for revealing that you simply beat the game on comps - ery simple to understand, but ultimately why PT went to Las Vegas rules!
