Topic: another bad experience with indio casino Forum: Casino Meister

Hi,

Indio casino doesn't pay me 2,300 USD in winnings for 7 months now.
Look at the email they sent me, they are putting the blame on playtech for some so-called black list.
Of course playtech is non responsive and the complain I filed with them is ignored for 6 months now. Emails didn't help much.

Please understand that it is not our intention to with-hold your winnings. We feel that winners are our ambassadors and as such don't like to with-hold winnings, but in this situation, we have no other alternative as we have to follow the correct protocol. You are more than welcome to contact Playtech and query why your account was locked. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope that you do understand our position.

you see? They are saying playtech decided I won't get the money. Is it possible playtech wants to make more money inventing black lists so their income, which is calculated as a percentage, would grow higher?

I PAB some 4 months ago, no replay from the casinomeister, email didn’t help as well.

Any ideas how can I get my money?
