I think they have a problem with the word "temporary".

CS completely down for 48 to 72 hours at a stretch EVERY Damn weekend is wearing a bit thin. To find that ALL alternative points of contact are now involved, not just E-mail as before, and ery frequently, really sucks!

Have they outsourced CS to Casino Rewards!
