Topic: Boss Blackjack Dealer Error. Hit on 17 against rules at Victor Forum: Casino Meister

I am glad that others also see their error in this. They clearly state that their dealer stands on 17. If they have changed the rules, it would be fair that they'd state the correct rules. The rules at the table & their web site are both incorrect.

I sent them an email with both of the screenshots in this thread attached:

According to your Blackjack rules Victor Casino :

Rules for the Dealer
The dealer must draw cards until he has at least 17, and must stand at 17 or higher. If the dealer gets 16, he must take another card.

The same rules can also be found on the table. I am asking you to refund me the $10.

They have done a "thorough investigation into your game history and did not find my game". I must wonder if they ever opened the screenshots. I will mail them again, and will share them also a link to this thread.
